I’m Natasha Hoyte, a Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and founder of Beyond Seasons.
My work is informed by experience supporting women affected by violence, trauma, grief and major life transitions since 2012.
I support women who are burned out, overwhelmed, grieving or moving through major life and identity transitions. Many of the women I work with are capable, responsible and used to being the one others rely on, even when they are quietly running out of capacity.
My work looks beyond the surface of burnout to understand what may be contributing to it, including emotional labour, caregiving, grief, trauma, cultural expectations, identity shifts and the pressure to keep functioning when something no longer feels sustainable.
My approach is trauma informed, culturally responsive, feminist, anti oppressive and grief aware. Therapy is collaborative, practical and paced with care, with attention to your strengths, culture, relationships and current capacity.
I work especially with Black, Caribbean, African, Indigenous, immigrant and other racialized women, while welcoming individuals from all backgrounds.
You do not need to have it figured out before reaching out. We start by making sense of what you are carrying.
